IWB Mathematics Resources

About Us

This CD/website comes from the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics financed research project:

Enabling enhanced mathematics teaching with interactive whiteboards

The aim of this development-led research is to help mathematics teachers, both those new to interactive whiteboards and those who are not skilled users, to adapt their pedagogy in order to ensure that pupils’ learning is enhanced. In order to do this a small team will develop, trial and finalise a CPD resource that will help teachers adapt their pedagogy in order that interactive whiteboards might be used more effectively by more mathematics teachers. The project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2008.
